We sold our home of 20 years in October and contacted Tom Knoth after viewing his website. He called us to help us refine our search criteria for homes in PML. We called and scheduled an appointment to view homes here with Tom. We drove up - just positive about two houses that we were sure we would make an offer on. Tom showed us the amenities in PML and Groveland businesses. We saw 5 houses and drove home to talk about what we had seen. A day later we saw a home that had just been listed, called Tom and ask if he would show it to us if we came up the next day- no problem.We came up again and saw the newly listed home. It wasn't for us, but it cemented in our minds what house we did want- which was NOT what we were sure we had wanted. I write this to explain Tom's skills. He absolutely showed us what we came up to see, and from discussions prior to the visit picked other homes for us to see, that we hadn't considered. He was totally right in what he had selected for us to see and we did buy one of the selected homes for us. The process was seamless, Tom was on top of the transaction, communication was awesome, he was here for every inspection, it was an enjoyable, no stress situation. I do have one regret, I wish he could have sold our home in Monterey- it too then would have been enjoyable! ? Tom is number one in our book, if you need a realtor - and a partner in your home purchase or sale, don't call anyone else, call Tom.

Tom has the best website for easily viewing and sorting through all Pine Mountain Lake and surrounding area properties. He was happy to show us the area before we even knew if we wanted to buy. He not only walked us through the search and purchase process, but has helped us out multiple times in the two years since our purchase. Great customer care, even after the sale!

We are looking for a vacation home in PML, and needing a realtor, we received many qualified recommendations after asking property owners in the area. We choose Tom, in part due to his extensive website that offered a great deal of information. Because we are out of town we need someone who can communicate well, and timely.
